The hourly rate includes use of the outdoor grounds only. The Stone House, Red Barn, Speakeasy, Upstairs Event Space, and other designated areas are available upon request at an additional cost.

• Ceremony and intimate reception

• Ceremony seating

Additional guests may be accommodated for an additional fee, up to venue capacity.

Everything included with The Intimate Wedding, plus:

• Extended use of property and spaces, for up to 12 hours
• Up to 5 hours of in-house wedding coordination & planning support
• Preferred vendor recommendations and coordination support
• Additional decorating and setup assistance
• Wedding-day access for vendors during the designated setup period
• Overnight accommodations in the Stone House, including two private bedrooms
