It’s an open‑air, choose‑your‑scene experience where you can take advantage of: Beautiful Landscapes Graduation‑Themed Setups, Natural Light, and Historic Outdoor Scenery. **TIME SLOT FOR 1 GRADUATE ONLY. PARKING VERY LIMITED** Bring your own photographer, a friend with a great eye, or simply your phone — you’re in full creative control. The space is yours to pose, celebrate, and create the images that will define this milestone for years to come. **Booking is not finalized until you get a confirmation email from us. Everyone is Welcome – Up to 50 Guests. When you book the Stone House Red Barn, you receive exclusive access to the entire property, including the historic Heritage House, Beam Hall, Manor Lounge, and one acre of manicured grounds. All spaces are included in the rental, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience for your event. There are no additional fees for individual areas—everything is yours to enjoy.

Rental Rates
Our rental packages make planning simple: all rates are based on a 3-hour rental, with flexible hourly extensions available. Pricing varies by season and day of the week to give you the best value for your event.
Rental Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- All rentals for 4 hours (allocated 30 minutes for load-in and 30 minutes for load-out)
October – March Rates
- Monday – Thursday: $1,000 (Additional Hours: $250 each)
- Friday & Sunday: $1,500 (Additional Hours: $350 each)
- Saturday: $2,000 (Additional Hours: $500 each)
April – September Rates
- Monday – Thursday: $1,500 (Additional Hours: $500 each)
- Friday & Sunday: $2,500 (Additional Hours: $750 each)
- Saturday: $3,500 (Additional Hours: $1,000 each)

- In addition to the furniture and TVs available in The Heritage House and The Manor Lounge, your rental also includes:
